Our advisory services typically include: preparing business plans, financial models, IMs, teasers, etc; investor outreach through Maxwell Advisory's network; and managing the transaction process through to closing including due diligence and documentation
- We also offer an external corporate finance investment team service to help with the financial side of project development and operations. We can provide project level financial modelling, project finance debt raising, divestments, board/shareholder reporting, and strategy development

We help ensure the use of high quality financial models and investment analysis in decision making, the production of clear and focussed board/shareholder papers, and preparing the company for a specific transaction
